Personnel Advisor to the President on Health, Dr. Anthony Nsiah Asare has stated that, there is no side effect of the covid-19 vaccines which will soon reach the shores of the country on March 2021.
According to him, many people have been vaccinated with the same vaccines across the world but didn’t have any side effect.
Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo has announced the much-awaited Covid-19 vaccines will arrive in Ghana in March 2021.
According to the president in his 23rd address on measures to combat Covid, 17,600,000 vaccines will be arriving by March.
“…By the end of June 17, 600,000 vaccine doses would have been procured for the Ghanaian people. The earliest vaccine will be in the country by March,” The president said.
Dr. Anthony Nsiah Asare added that, the vaccines will pass through a lot of process at the Food and Drug Authority before been vaccinated on Ghanaians.
“I will advice everybody except pregnant women children under 18years to have the courage to be vaccinated when the time comes to help eradicate the virus from the country” , he said in an interview with Kumasi based station, Opemsour fm monitored by Africannewsgh.
He noted that, a lot of Ghanaians in diaspora have been vaccinated without any effect.
