According to our reporter, the school lacks classrooms blocks to accommodate the junior high pupils but because the junior high pupils are getting close to their final exams, the school authorities have given three classrooms to them and this has forced the lower primary to fight for their future under trees and canopies.

He explained further that, true his research and investigation from last month, Kindergarten study under trees, Class One (1) study at the forecourt of someone’s house and Class Two (2) and Three (3) also study under canopies that the chief and the headmaster of the school provided to support children.

He mentioned that, the community has tried to build junior high school block for the school and they’ve gone to lentil level but the government has been blind towards them as the district chief executive Hon. Rebecca Yeboah gave an empty promise at the middle of last year to complete the building within three months but has not even return there again and the member of parliament for the constituency Hon. Benito Owusu Bioh also promised to build new classroom block for the school and even demolished the school’s feeding kitchen and farm for sod cutting for the commencement of the school block but now it’s only blocks that has been placed on the site and there’s no worker around to start the project.

People of Asuafua – Nkatia in the district are totally disappointed and complaining alot against the Head of the State lead by Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo, Ashanti Regional Minister Hon. Simon Mensah, Ashanti Regional NPP Chairman Mr. Bernard Antwi Bosiako popularly know as Chairman Wontumi and their honourable member of parliament (Mp) Hon.Owusu Benito-Bio and their District Chief Executive Hon. Robecca Yeboah and other leaders.
