Personnel Advisor to the President on Health, Dr. Anthony Nsiah Asare has stated that, they will advice the President to lockdown some parts of the country if the number of the positive cases keep increasing.
According to him, it is very difficult to enter into another lockdown especially in this part of the world.
He added that, we don’t have the needed equipments that will enable everyone to work from home if we enter into the another lockdown.
“It is easy for people living in Europe and America to work from home due to the merchanism that have been put in place compared to Africa”,he said in an interview on Kumasi based radio station, Opemsour monitored by Africannewsgh.
“The only thing that can save us from entering into another lockdown is to follow all protocols that have been put in place”,he added.
Currently, Ghana has recorded 73,003 positive cases out of which 65,583 have recovered and 482 has died.
Dr. Nsiah Asare revealed that, going into another lockdown will bring doom to the country hence the need for everybody to adhere to all protocols.
