ATWIMA KWANWOMA RURAL BANK SUPPORTS THE FIGHT AGAINST COVID 19

The pace setters in the rural banking sector, Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank Limited has today donated assorted items to the market women at Race Course.

According to management of the bank, the gesture is part of the responsibilities of the bank to support citizenry especially in this COVID era.

The items include: tissues roll, 15 modernise covid 19 rubber bucket with tap, detergents, 20 gallons of liquid soaps, hand sanitisers and all kinds of materials to help adhere to the protocols of the novel pandemic-coronavirus.

The aforementioned items were handed over to the leaders of the associations in the market to place them at vantage points in the area for easy adherence to the protocols.

Speaking to Africannewsgh.com during the presentation, Board Chairman of the Bank, Mr. Patrick Owusu admonished to the market women to have confidence and rely on the Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank Limited as the the is prepared to support them.

According to the Board Chair, Atwima Kwanwoma stands tall amongst all the rural banks in the country making it the best of all to depend on.

Bringing his submission to an end, he advised Ghanaians specifically the market women to cultivate the habit of saving for a better future.

On behalf of the traders, Nana Kyeiwaa-Queen Mother of the traders applauded the bank saying their gesture has goose-bumped the market women.

She said she was not optimistic the bank will heal to their plea but to their surprise, the Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank has fulfill their pledge by providing everything needed to fight against the deadly virus.

Nana Kyeiwaa therefore urged all the market women to go-in-bed with Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank in terms of savings.
